POSITIONS AVAILABLE:



Risk Manager

Coordinates the hospital wide Quality Improvement/Risk Management program to ensure consistency with hospital policies, procedures and philosophy and to maintain and improve the quality of care given to the patient. Maintains communications with administration, medical staff and department heads regarding Quality Improvement/ Risk Management activities.
Prefer applicant to have clinical experience as well as 2 years experience in a supervisory position.






Health Information Management Director

Responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the activities of employees engaged in the establishment , maintenance, control, and dissemination of medical records and related patient information. Protects organizations and physicians legal interests by ensuring medical records are maintained in compliance with all accredidation and governmental regulatory agency standards. Designs information systems and improves information retrieval methods to make data more accessible. Directs and coordinates activities of personnel engaged in analyzing, compiling, coding, indexing, and filing of medical records. Responsible for conformity of medical records to federal/state regulations. Requires a current license as Registered Health Information Technician(RHIT) or Registered Health Information Administrator(RHIA). Supervisory experience preferrred but not mandatory. Knowledge and participation in HIPAA regulations, confidentiality, risk management policy and procedures, quality assurance program, infection control policy and procedures, corporate compliance, code of conduct and fire and disaster plans throughout the facility. Wide scope of knowledge of all general HIM theories and practices.





Respiratory Therapist

Administers and routinely performs basic modalities of respiratory therapy for patients requiring non-critical care. Initiates and performs specialized and advanced respiratory therapy services to critically ill patients under clinical guidance. Coordinates all therapeutic, diagnostic and assessment related responsibilities performed within the respiratory care department, including pulmonary function services. Requires two year college or university. Must be certified by the National Board for Respiratory Therapy. One to two years previous related experience preferred and/or training;or equivalent combination of education and experience.





Registered Nurse - (1)Part time day shift, (1) Part time night shift


Assess the needs and priorities of patients and makes appropriate patient assignments to ensure a high level of care. Renders professional nursing services in the treatment and care of assigned patients in accordance with physician's orders. Provides for the comfort and well being of patients by assessing condition, providing treatments and administering prescribed drugs and documenting progress and other observations. Requires current licensure in the State of Kansas, BLS and ACLS certification. CPR certified. Recommend PALS and TNCC.






Radiology Technician- Full time, Part time, and PRN shifts available


Operates radiologic equipment to produce radiographs (x-rays) of body for diagnostic purposes, as directed by Radiologist. Produces recordings of electromotive variations in patient’s heart muscle, using electrocardiograph (ECG), to provide data for diagnosis of heart ailments by performing required duties. Requires High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Radiology training with ASRT Radiologic Technologist license.




MT/MLT- Full time, Part time, and PRN shifts available

Responsible for performing necessary procedures as directed by physician on outpatients, inpatients, long term care residents, etc.  Provides input into development of departmental policies and procedures, participates in the development of new technical procedures and assists in maintaining current knowledge of laboratory techniques, procedures and equipment operation.  Assists as necessary in quality control program to ensure high quality diagnostic testing and all laboratory activities comply with organization and regulatory agency standards.  1-2 years previous lab experience preferred. MT/MLT certification in accordance to American Technologists requirements.







CNA/Activities Director/Social Services Designee


Responsible for assisting, planning, organizing, supervising, implementing and evaluating the therapeutic activity program for the swingbed program and for individuals on other levels of care as requested. Current CNA licensure in the State of Kansas. Completed Activity Director courses as approved by the state. ( Classes will be paid for by the hospital for the right candidate, but prefer a candidate that has courses already completed.) Previous inpatient hospital setting experience preferred.
